Development & Project Management Leader
Cameron is a highly experienced development and project management professional with a strong track record delivering complex property and healthcare developments across Australia.
Earlier in his career, Cameron owned and operated a commercial construction business for more than 10 years — providing a strong foundation in buildability, cost control, programming, and on-site problem solving. He later held senior development and project leadership roles within large healthcare property investment organisations and leading advisory consultancies.
Cameron is recognised for his commercially astute, delivery-focused approach — combining strategic insight with practical construction expertise to deliver certainty, clarity, and value.
Development & Project Management Leader
Russell is a highly experienced construction professional who has established himself as one of the pre-eminent Building Consultants in Australia. With over 40 years in the construction industry, he has worked across major builders and project management consultancies, as well as managing major State Government projects.
Russell has amassed significant strengths as an expert witness in resolving project buildability issues and procurement advice. His career spans senior leadership roles at John Holland, Hansen Yuncken, P&L Cockram Builders, and 18+ years as Director and National Leader of Construction Services at Johnstaff, Australia's leading private management services firm.
His skills include construction management, project management, programming, OH&S, and industrial relations, with a depth of experience across infrastructure, health, commercial, pharmaceutical, corrections, leisure, education, research, and government.
